The proposal focuses on transforming the existing layout by creating a more open, cohesive floor plan. In the social areas, the design removes dividing walls to establish an open-concept layout, with custom-made millwork defining the new kitchen space. In the private areas, tailored millwork solutions enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal. A 3D comparison between the existing and proposed layouts highlights these changes, showcasing the seamless integration of custom cabinetry in both private and social spaces for a modernized, efficient design.
