An elegant room where visitors can enjoy the sculptural beauty of the Muses of Hadrian’s Villa (130 – 140 AD) in the Roman Empire, with the added incentive of an illuminated view of Los Jerónimos Church.

Located in the heart of the Villanueva Building, this apsidal hall decorated with Pompeiian red stucco was redesigned by Rafael Moneo, and is tremendously evocative of the interior of a great museum.

Its size, characteristics and location make it a unique setting for presentations, receptions, cocktail parties, meetings, concerts, recitals and similar events.

Raúl Cardo’s cuisine builds on traditional gastronomy, while always including a trendy twist, Mediterranean style dishes, and a fusion of flavours and textures from other cultures.

Our executive chef Pepe Rodríguez is a renowned chef who has been honoured with three Michelin stars at his family restaurant El Bohío, impregnating our dishes with his extensive knowledge and experience.

Raúl Cardo has spent many years working the stoves, during which he has placed great emphasis on the high quality of the raw materials he uses, prepares and serves, striving to create the most appetising dishes.

The values defining each of his recipes are the top quality of the raw materials and the clarity of the concepts. These characteristics are shared and come very close to those of Sodexo itself, in our endless search for excellence and perfection in each of our services.

Additional hour worked by staff charged at €25.00/waiter/hour + VAT. Event confirmation via e-mail or telephone, providing billing details.

A service contract stating the event characteristics will be issued and this must be signed and returned to us with proof of payment of 50% of the specific service. If the service start time, as indicated by the client, is delayed by over 30 minutes, the client will bear the staff costs caused by the delay at the rate of €25 + VAT per hour and waiter.

PAYMENT METHOD

50% of the total amount is to be paid as deposit on signing the contract. The remaining 50% will be paid no later than 72 hours after the event. Payment will be made by bank transfer. In the event of cancelling the service after having signed the contract, the 50% deposit shall not be reimbursed.

10 days before the event, an initial confirmation of the number of guests shall be required. This number may undergo up to a 10% variation, up to a maximum of 5 days before the event. For changes after this time margin, a new quote will be provided. Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed the number of meals specified in the contract.
