The Tampa Bay real estate market remained active in March 2025, with closings up over 20% across the region compared to last month, and a continued flow of new listings keeping momentum strong on both sides of the bay.
Hillsborough County experienced a 12.6% increase in new listings and a 26.6% rise in closed sales, while Pinellas saw a 2.4% increase in new listings and a 20.9% gain in closings, signaling that inventory is expanding, yet homes are still changing hands at a strong rate.
Average sales prices declined month-over-month, with Hillsborough down 4.4% and Pinellas down 4%, creating added opportunity for active home shoppers.
