Work on your new front garden will commence within 48 days of when:
• A Certificate of Occupancy is provided;
• Your driveway has been completed;
• Confirmation has been received that the front garden area has been levelled to 100mm below finished level;
• Confirmation has been received that all builder materials have been removed from site.

A stunning Magnolia Grandiflora tree provides a beautiful feature while also offering shade and protection. Shrubs provide privacy and pops of colour, while ground covers create a softer natural landscape. High quality local topsoil, packed with nutrients is used to ensure the health of your garden. Popular and easy to maintain, Winter Couch Turf is laid, giving a rich green colour and soft texture underfoot.

You will be contacted
• We will be in touch within 4 weeks from receipt of your email in step 4 to co-ordinate work on your selected front garden.
Work on your new front garden will commence within 48 days of when:
• A Certificate of Occupancy is provided;
• Your driveway has been completed;
• Confirmation has been received that the front garden area has been levelled to 100mm below finished level;
• Confirmation has been received that all builder materials have been removed from site.
1. You acknowledge that:
(a) each capitalised term has that same definition as set out in your Contract; and
(b) there are further terms and conditions set out in your Contract, which prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with this Front Garden Selection Brochure.
2. You agree that the Landscaping Package is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
(a) you notifying the Project Manager of your choice of design from the design options within this Front Garden Selection Brochure (in accordance with the notification process set out in this Front Garden Selection Brochure) before you commence construction of the residence and the driveway on the Land;
(b) you completing construction of the residence and the driveway within 24 months after the Settlement Date;
(c) the residence and all improvements on the Land complying with, in the Project Manager’s absolute opinion, the Design Guidelines;
(d) you removing all builder’s materials from the Land;
(e) you notifying the Project Manager in writing once the residence is practically complete; and
(f) you providing the Project Manager’s landscaping contractor with a plan of the residence and driveway on the Land drawn at a scale of 1:200 not later than 30 days prior to the anticipated date of practical completion of the residence and driveway.
3. If you:
(a) fail to satisfy the conditions set out above; or
(b) transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Land before you satisfy the conditions set out above, it follows that:
(c) the Project Manager will not be obliged to provide the Landscaping Package and you will have no Claim against the Project Manager in relation to the Landscaping Package; and
(d) you (or your transferee, assignee or disposee) must, in the timeframe directed by the Project Manager, install landscaping works equivalent to the Landscaping Package in the front garden area of the Land.
4. You agree that the Project Manager is authorised to maintain the landscaping installed as part of the Landscaping Package for a period of 12 weeks (Landscaping Maintenance Package), all of which shall be carried out by the Project Manager’s landscaping contractor, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions relating to the Landscaping Package.
5. If you fail to satisfy the conditions relating to the Landscaping Package:
(a) the Project Manager shall not be obliged to provide the Landscaping Maintenance Package and you will have no Claim against the Project Manager in relation to the Landscaping Maintenance Package; and
(b) you must maintain the Landscaping Package or any landscaping installed in accordance with the requirements of the Landscaping Maintenance Package.
6. You agree and acknowledge that:
(a) the Project Manager’s landscaping contractor shall have access to the street frontage of the Land between the residence and the street kerb of the Land for the duration of and for the purposes of carrying out the Landscaping Maintenance Package at such reasonable time as required by the Project Manager’s landscaping contractor; and (b) all water used in connection with the provision of the Landscaping Maintenance Package shall be at your sole expense.
7.
