A WARM WELCOME BACK TO WORK AT SKYPARK

We hope that you are all doing well and looking forward to returning to work at Skypark when you are ready.

With Phase two underway, more of you are looking to create your own back to work plans and we have put some practical steps in place to protect everyone who enters Skypark.

We anticipate that our re-entry process will be a phased plan, with numbers increasing slowly based on the Government’s guidelines, schools reopening fully along with childcare and public transport becoming available to everyone.

Our plan includes the introduction of a new oneway system to help everyone move safely around our buildings. We will adapt as the guidance changes and more restrictions are lifted. Following is an overview of our back to work plan and more information on this is available from Lynne and Malcolm our management team.

MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SECURITY

Our common area fire system maintenance, water hygiene, lifts, fabric maintenance and decoration have all being continuing throughout the estate. Everything is ready for your return whenever you chose to start that process.

The cleaning regime has been increased and adapted to ensure all areas are fully sanitised on a more regular basis. We are now fully spraying all common areas every weekend to completely cover all surfaces. We have also increased the number of hand sanitisers in our common areas.

Our security teams are ramping up with an enhanced patrol structure and changes to all the normal visitors and contractor controls ensuring that access to all areas is as touchless as possible.

COMMON AREAS

You will see some changes to the common areas when you do return. The soft seating has been removed, the booths and meeting rooms are closed for now and the external smoking

garden has been closed. All these measures are to prevent gatherings as much as possible in the common spaces where for the most part we will be queueing for lifts and stairs access as we move up and down the buildings.

Our main reception desk will have a screen fitted to protect our concierge, and Brian will be back to work as soon as possible.

Our reception toilets in SP1 will be closed and the SP5 toilets will have every other cubicle isolated.

The showers in SP5 will remain locked. If any SP5 tenant wishes to have a shower, please call the management office and we will arrange for the relevant level to be unlocked, sanitised after use and then relocked for the next user.

VISITORS

Visitor parking is still available, but the number of bays will be restricted. It is best to book well in advance and let us know if there are any specific requirements. Download our app for quick and easy booking.

SIGNAGE

You will notice that signage is everywhere; signs for the lift and stair usage, directional signage, reminders on the rules for social distancing and use of our hand sanitisers. Please familiarise yourselves with these on your first visit back to site. It will take some time to get used to the new regime, but it is necessary to allow us to comply with the social distancing guidelines.

MOVEMENT WITHIN THE BUILDINGS

Our plan to limit close contact with other tenants is to deploy a one-way system. Within all the buildings everyone using the main core lifts and stairs will come up through the floors and then use the fire exits from the individual suites to come down the building back to ground level.

This is the only way that we can keep all pedestrian traffic in one direction. Should there be any need for anyone to come back down in the

lifts then please let our security team know and we will ensure the lift is brought to them empty. We would be happy to discuss other measures with you if you feel there is more that we can do together, to make the entire process easier for all.

EMERGENCY ACTION WITH A POSITIVE COVID19 CASE INSIDE THE BUILDING

As guidance is new and the situation is changing this will probably need to be updated as we proceed. If there is a positive or suspected case in the building, we should be notified of the situation immediately. We will then take the following steps:

• Notify other occupiers and site staff.

• Notify and seek guidance from the relevant authorities.

• Arrange a deep clean of common areas where necessary.

FIRE EVACUATION

In case of a fire evacuation/emergency, all fire escape routes/stairs should be used as normal to leave the building and a social distance should be maintained at fire assembly points. However please note in line with government guidance in an emergency, for example, an accident or fire, people do not have to stay 2m apart if it would be unsafe to do so.

YOUR RETURN TO WORK PLAN

We are keen to keep the communication flowing both ways so any insight you can offer us into your re-occupation plans, your intended phasing plan and your expected occupation levels would be great to have. The more information we can gather from all tenants the more we can keep everyone informed. As the numbers grow, we will probably have to adapt our strategies together to maintain the social distancing guidelines.
