Since 2011, Skanska has been an integral part of the build out and completion of Seaport Square in Boston’s Innovation District of the South Boston Seaport. Our project, 101 Seaport, consists of 460,000 square feet of a mixed-use office building with ground floor retail and is LEED Platinum certified. The building stands as PwC’s New England headquarters. From commencement of construction to completion and move-in on October of 2015, the project lasted only twentysix months. The quick timeline is a testament to the skills and capabilities of the teaming of Skanska USA Commercial Development, Building, and Civil divisions.
