The Harlo is a mixed-use residential building consisting of 17-stories, 212 boutique units, 7,100 SF of retail in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood and is a certified LEED Gold building. The fully amenitized modern community includes belowgrade parking, intimate lounges, private dining and study space, a pet parlor, a bike room and outdoor and indoor amenities that offers sweeping views of Boston’s skyline, Fenway Park, Cambridge and the Charles River. Residents at The Harlo also enjoy vibrant ground floor retail including Tatte Bakery & Cafe, Cava Grill and Oath Pizza. Delivered in October 2017, it is the first building on Boylston Street to offer professional 3rd party management compared to the owner managed buildings.

Alley111 is a LEED Silver certified, high-end residential apartment building with retail space located in busy downtown Bellevue. Alley111 is designed for high-tech millennial residents in mind, with its 260 apartment units ranging from studios to two bedrooms in 12 stories and a high-end rooftop, which includes a lantern room for entertaining and an expansive open deck. The intimate alley retail spaces on the ground floor were built to energize and connect the project’s retail and indoor and outdoor areas with the neighborhood. Alley111 was completed in 2015.
