Report a Problem & Special Garbage Services Residents can report issues, such as a fallen street sign or water problems, through the customer connect portal. Setting up a login on the portal now is a great idea, even if you don’t currently have a problem to report. This will streamline the process for future reports. The “Field and Park Reservation Request” form allows residents to reserve fields for various activities.
