After the surveys, the students decide where and whom they would like to shadow. Throughout the planning process, the students learn several important skills. They learn to write a formal resume, cover letter, and thank-you letter. Additionally, they learn interpersonal communications by calling various businesses and setting up meetings to schedule shadowing hours. Also, they practice oral presentations in the classroom as they prepare for their final presentations. Finally, new this year, the 2011 senior class learned to create and present with a Google Site. It is exciting to report that the senior projects have gone digital. Prior to this year, the seniors used project boards that served as their visual aid for the oral presentation. This year, the seniors were taught to create a Google Site in order to help them present what they learned and experienced throughout their
