The Child, Youth and Family Program (CYFP) Lakeridge Health.
Services are provided for children and adolescents, aged 5 to 18, who are struggling with serious mental health issues. Crisis intervention is offered on inpatient unit and outpatient services.

Families with a child or adolescent experiencing a psychiatric emergency should seek assistance from the Crisis Intervention Team by visiting a Lakeridge Health Emergency Room. Before being seen by the Crisis Intervention Team, all patients must undergo a medical assessment by an ER doctor or by their family physician prior to arriving in ER.

The Lakeridge Health Eating Disorders program is a hospital based outpatient program located in the community, specializing in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders for youth and adults. Youth Addiction Services
Young people aged 13 - 18 years of age are often uncertain about whether they have developed a substance abuse problem, and are frequently referred to Pinewood Addiction Services by parents, teachers, probation officers and other health care professionals. 905-571-3344 905-683-5950
