A Message from Matthew H. Maschler Real Estate Broker
November is always a sign that cooler days are ahead. It is a time of transition when Summer is behind us and Winter is Coming. We look forward to Thanksgiving and remember, it is never too early to start shopping and planning for the holidays.
November also sees the return of the Snow Birds here in South Florida. Most of our seasonal renters are finalizing their plans but it is not too late to make your plans to come to Florida for a few months this winter
November is also a great time to start thinking about SELLING your home. Here in South Florida we get a lot of home shoppers that start their search at the end of December and January and February. So if you are contemplating selling, let's talk about it and get your house and your marketing ready for when these buyers arrive.
All of this aside, for me, November is about one thing and one thing only, my birthday!!!! This year I will be celebrating at the Boca Raton Championship Wrestling Birthday Bash!!! It is exciting because my brothers, brother-in-law and sister-in-law are all planning on attending. There are a handful of tickets left at BocaRatonWrestling.com. The highlights of the show will be: The Whole Lot of Women Battle Royale and the debut of the BRCW Tag Team Championship!!!!
Lastly, I could not write this without stating my love and support for Israel, at this time of war. As rockets from Gaza continue to rain down on towns and cities in Israel, my family and I are working tirelessly with YasharLachayal.org to provide support to the people of Israel. Am Yisrael Chai!

In a resolute response to the recent acts of terror targeting Israel, The Maschler Family has made a significant commitment of up to $500,000 to Yashar Lachayal (Straight to the Soldier) and The Helping Israel Fund.
Since the outbreak of the conflict, The Maschler Family, Yashar Lachayal, and The Helping Israel Fund have mobilized swiftly, tirelessly raising funds and distributing vital equipment and aid to those risking their lives to protect the nation.
To encourage community support, The Maschler Family is launching a matching challenge. For every donation made to The Maschler Matching Project, they will match the amount, up to a total of $500,000.
