March is a great month to sell your house!!!
Buyers are here on vacation, Spring Break, visiting family, etc.
Many northerners have second homes in Florida that they can flock to as a reprieve from the cold weather, so the number of buyers is typically much higher.
Maybe you do not know what your house is worth, or how much you can afford to buy when you sell.

We can make plans with a stager, give you time to make necessary repairs, have photographs taken by our team of the best photographers in town. It takes time to craft a marketing plan and put it into action. I have seen it happen dozens of times.

My Seller is accepting an offer on one of my listings, but the Buyer’s Agent did not include a Compensation Agreement.

Dear Listing Agent,
If the Buyer’s agent does not ask for or send a Compensation Agreement you do not have to pay them a commission. This can happen for a number of reasons, either the Buyer’s Agent is not knowledgeable, or is collecting the commission directly from the Buyer. No need to do anything, they will not get paid a commission from the Listing Agent at closing and if they have a Buyer Broker Agreement signed with their customer, they will collect their commission from the Buyer at the closing.

Leveraging her experience as a successful Realtor, Fara is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, consistent communication, attention to detail, and skilled negotiation with her clients' best interests at heart. She believes it is not only her responsibility to represent her clients to the best of her ability but also to educate them throughout every step of the process so they can make the best possible decisions. Welcoming new clients in a way that has become her "signature" style, she builds lasting
