A Message from Matthew H. Maschler

It is GORGEOUS outside. Welcome to March in South Florida. 83 degrees and PERFECT. This is the best time to be here. I even went to the Palm Beach Zoo yesterday. What a great zoo!!! And what a great time to be in Florida. There is a reason February and March bring tourists to our area.
However, usually it corresponds with COLD WINTER weather in New York and New Jersey where I am from. And where a lot of my Buyers are from. And the mild winter has kept some Buyers and tourists from coming down here. And they do not know what they are missing.
People say Florida does not have seasons, we do. Right now it is “Tourist Season” and also “Home Buying Season.” So if you are looking to buy a house in Florida, now is a great time. Yes prices are up and mortgage rates are up, but we have selection for the first time in a few years; and the panic buying is over so you do not need to be stressed. So plan accordingly, because even if this winter was mild, there are more winters coming and the sooner you get to Florida, the happier you will be.
I am very happy to continue to bring you this newsletter. People are always asking me what I am up to, and it is a great way for us to connect. You can learn about my podcasts, upcoming events, and see our listings.

Last month we had a GREAT fundraiser for Helping Israel Fund featuring a 98 year old Holocaust survivor as the band leader. Brian Thompson
Brian Thompson has been a
member of the Signature family for over seven years, and this March it will be six years with the Signature Real Estate Finder Team. He enjoys being a part of the team, especially helping agents with the complexities of a real estate transaction, as well as getting advice from some of the more seasoned agents.
Brian takes pride in educating his customers on the journey of the home buying and selling process. As a former mortgage underwriter, he helps his buyers navigate what can be a difficult and somewhat overwhelming process of obtaining a mortgage and purchasing a home. As a listing agent, he offers valuable insight into the market conditions in Palm Beach County, which allows his sellers to get top dollar for their property.
Brian is originally from Buffalo, NY. He has always enjoyed playing hockey and has always been a diehard Sabres and Bills fan. In 1995, Brian decided he had seen enough snow for one lifetime and made the move to South Florida. He and his family currently enjoy living in their home in beautiful Wellington, Florida.
Brian, his wife Monica, and daughters Natalia and Isabella are Disney fanatics. When they are not planning their next Disney get away, they are busy taking Isabella to dance lessons and gymnastics.

Neil “The Heel” Glazier
Neil "The Heel" Glazier got into the wrestling world in a roundabout way. A lifelong fan, the Long Island native spent 25 years in banking. Over the years, he attended wrestling shows, as if it was his job. After the COVID19 shutdown, he and his partner (Real Estate Broker Matthew Maschler) decided that they would run local wrestling shows in the Boca Raton community.
Today he is the executive vice president for Boca Raton Championship Wrestling (BRCW). He wears many hats in this role. He is the host of the show. He runs social media. He devises storylines for the shows. He oversees events. He hosts a weekly You Tube show where you can watch matches, interviews and event commentary.
BRCW puts on shows in Boca Raton which feature top wrestling talent from across the country. Wrestlers include former WWE talent as well as Hall of Fame legends and current stars from companies like NXT, AEW, MLW and Impact Wrestling. So far, they've put on three sellout shows. "Wrestlers always say that we're the best professional wrestling promotion to work for," says Glazier. "Our production value is top notch."
BRCW's next event is called March Madhouse and will be held on March 12. It will feature the 7-foot tall BRCW heavy weight champion Jack Talos taking on the challenger, South Florida fan favorite, Cha Cha Charlie. The show will also feature WWE Legend Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake and reality TV star Mark Long.
