As Father's Day approaches, we would like to take a moment to honor and celebrate all the incredible fathers and father figures who have played a significant role in shaping our lives. This special day provides us with an opportunity to show our appreciation and gratitude for their unwavering support, love, and dedication.
One of the gifts my father gave me that I am forever grateful for was how much he taught me. I could never be a successful real estate agent without his love and guidance and the lessons he taught me. I literally grew up learning real estate and that is why I love to share my
knowledge with my own children, my customers and my agents. Whether it is through this newsletter or my podcast or when we are talking, I make it my mission to share what I have learned with you. So Happy Father’s Day dad, I love you.

Our newest member of the Real Estate Finder family is Reese Garcia. Reese is a 19 year old third generation real estate agent in Boca Raton. Both his mother, Staci Garcia, and his grandmother, Barbara Weiner, sold real estate in Boca Raton, so Reese is no stranger to the industry.
After high school, Reese attended Palm Beach State College and realized that finding his friends a place to live could earn him money. Since joining the REF team, Reese has connected with many college students looking for offcampus housing.
In his spare time, Reese is a superb competitive bowler at Bowlero Boca Raton. He lives in central Boca with his mom and brothers Remy and Rayden, dogs Bolt and Laila, and cats Nayna and Mavis.

Every great real estate agent needs a great home inspector and Jamie Riley is just that.
When Jamie purchased his first home the process piqued his curiosity but
also frustrated him, which ultimately led to his interest in becoming a home inspector. After working for 10 years as an inspector for a state-wide company, Jamie launched APRO HomeInspector in 2024.
When not inspecting properties, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and working out. He earned his Personal Training certification in 2009 and spent over a decade as a private trainer in Palm Beach County. He even competed in several Strongman competitions over the years & at 47 believes fitness is the fountain of youth.
Jamie’s experience in sales, as a mechanic and landscaping has contributed to making him an exceptional home inspector. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) & adheres to Standards of Practice, abides by a Code of Ethics, and completes continuing education course far beyond the state requirement.
