On behalf of the agents of Signature Real Estate Finder, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to The Florida Panthers organization on their incredible achievement of winning the 2024 Stanley Cup!
There's nothing more exciting than an allor-nothing Game 7... especially when a team came so close to coming back from 30.
Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers — was the second most-watched NHL game across North America on record (data since 2004).
On ESPN alone, the game drew 7.7M viewers in the U.S. on its platforms, an increase of 182% over last year’s final game which was Game 5 between Florida and the Vegas Golden Knights.
ICYMI: The Florida Panthers defeated the Oilers 2-1 in Game 7, winning the series 43 to secure the franchise's first-ever (!!!) Stanley Cup, avoiding a reverse sweep in the process. It's no wonder why everybody was tuning in.
This victory is a testament to hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Dear Seller,
I think you are looking at it the wrong way. An offer should be looked at as a compliment. Of all the people who we showed the house to, who did not make an offer, here is the person who liked your house SO MUCH that they are considering buying it. They are not making an offer to provoke you, they are simply asking to know what the price you are willing to sell your house for actually is, as most people tend to list higher than their actual selling price.
The correct thing to do here is review the contract in its entirety, and counter on price and other important factors (Cash vs Financing, length of time for
inspections and other contingencies, who pays for title, etc).
Remember: The offer took time to write, by someone who liked your home. So let’s counter the offer and start the negotiations rather than be mad at the amount of the offer.
