Happy New Year!!!!
While sometimes it may feel like life is a train running in one direction, the coming of the New Year allows us to take a stop and think about where we are at in our lives. To reflect on what the year brought us and what is coming next.
2023 was a rough one for many of us, and I am hopeful that 2024 brings you joy and success and happiness.

Sara currently resides in Boca Raton enjoying all that sunny South Florida has to offer with her husband Kevin and their dog Juno. Dear Listing Agent,
You have to own the home and reside in it on or before December 31, 2023 to get homestead tax exemption for 2024. It can knock $50,000 off the assessed value for property taxes.
