I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and welcome you to the final newsletter of 2022.
I want to start by congratulating Jill Glanzer, Cyndi Rosellini, Doug Shavel, Eliana Blech, Michael Egren, Paul Schafranick and all the other agents at Signature who where named Top Producers of 2022. Great work, you inspire
Last night I went to the first Holiday Party of the season. It is that time of year and I hope everyone enjoys the holiday season and the various holiday parties and events. I hope to see all of my agents, customers, family and friends in the coming weeks. And I am excited to see that there is more inventory being added and expected in the highly desirable South Florida region where I am based. But remember, we have offices throughout the state and hope to add more agents and increase our coverage area in 2023. So if you know any agents who want to join me, please let me know.
Thanks to everyone who provided positive feedback for this newsletter. I am really proud of it and hope to continue it in 2023.

Michelle Martinez
Michelle Martinez has been a member of the Signature family for just over 4 years and just recently joined the Signature Real Estate Finder crew! Michelle is a brilliant, compassionate, go getter agent that is superb at connecting with her customers and effortlessly helps them find their way through their real estate needs.
As a native New Yorker born and raised in Manhattan, she frequently traveled to South Florida which led to her officially planting roots in the sunshine state 9 years ago. She has loved it ever since, and is excited to share with all of her fellow New Yorkers escaping the cold, the wonder of living where the world vacations.
Being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, she distinguishes herself as an asset for the South Florida community in all of their real estate needs.
Not only is Michelle stellar in her business endeavors, she is highly involved with Signature Gives Back 501c, the philanthropic arm of our company. In addition to giving back to the community, she works towards improving the real estate business by sitting on the board of Realtors Global and Professional development committees
When not doing mom things, caring for an aging parent, or involved with an indoor baseball training
facility, you can find Michelle running the courts at a game of pickleball. If you ever have trouble finding a partner to play with, or are looking for a partner who wins on the pickleball court, she will gladly join you and show you her magic!

Dear Listing Agent,
In this situation you may need to contact an attorney. While a Buyer in a Florida As-Is Contract may have a few ways to get out of a contract (inspection, mortgage to name a few), generally a Seller
buy a house. The listing agent just called me to tell me the Seller changed their mind and does not want to sell. Do I have to let him out of the contract?

does not have options to get out of a contract. Sometimes, Sellers say this if they object to an inspection request or some other action of the Buyer upsets the Seller, but usually it is bluster or they are acting out, and it blows over. But if the Seller truly intends to breach the contract, the Buyer can either “negotiate” the Seller’s release from their contract obligations, or hire a lawyer to enforce the contract.
