Members of the Akron Lions Club recently got together to distribute 26 bags of food items for a Christmas dinner to some of their Akron neighbors. Due to the COVID­19 virus, their

fundraising opportunities have been cancelled, but not their willingness to serve their fellow neighbors in need. The club held a Go Fund Me project, which brought in some funds, and

they thank all who helped to contribute. The Lions distribute these food bags every year, and this year is no exception. The club put up Christmas lights on the band shelter pavilion in
