Cocalico Valley Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3376, “The Ephrata VFW,” will hold a Memorial Ceremony on Saturday, September 11 in honor of the 20th Anniversary of the tragic events on September 11, 2001. They will conduct a ceremony in front of the VFW at the flagpole at 8:00
