The donation totaled $16,500 and went directly toward the purchase of an automatic CPR device called a Lucas Chest Compression System. Cocalico FBLA To Compete At State Leadership Conference

SATURDAY, APRIL 22 The Bareville Fire Company, 211 East Main Street, Leola, will hold an All You Can Eat Chicken Pot Pie Dinner, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There is a cost. For more information, call 717­656­8741.

SATURDAY, APRIL 22 Garden Spot Fire Rescue, 339 E. Main Street, New Holland, will host bluegrass music with Larry Stephenson and his band. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Music starts at 6:00 p.m. Food will be available. There is a requested donation.

SUNDAY, APRIL 23 The Franconia­Lancaster Chor­ al Singers will present “The Holy City” by Gaul and “The Peaceable Kingdom” by Thompson at the Lititz Church of the Brethren at 3:00 p.m. There is a cost for tickets, which can be purchased at the door.
