Who’s Hiring in Healthcare

Several Cocalico High School teachers made lunch reservations on the last Friday of February, but they didn’t need to leave the building. Instead, they were invited to dine at the World Express Restaurant, a creation of the Life Skills students and their teachers. “I am in charge of marketing,” said 16-yearold Ethan Wickenheiser, “but at some point I may do

Abigail Kachel Earns Denver-Ephrata Area Rotary Club Recognition Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese Abby Kachel was recognized as the Ephrata High School February Student of the Month by the DenverEphrata Area Rotary Club. Abby is a senior at Ephrata High School. She is a member of National Honor Society, a member of the Link Crew, and a participant in soccer, track and marching band. Abby is also on the newspaper staff, student council and is involved with the spring musical. She also serves her community as a volunteer. After graduation, Abigail plans to attend a four-year college.
