The Schoeneck Fire Company will hold their 10th Annual Mud Sale on Saturday, April 16 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and quilts beginning at 11:00 a.m. Shown in the photo with a sampling of items, from left to right, are Elsie Eby, Ashton
High, Kaitlyn Hoover and Connie Hackman. The quilt featured in the background is called Shining Star. There will be something for everyone household goods, furniture, sheds, tools, lawn and garden items, swing sets, outdoor lawn furniture, quilts,
crafts, theme baskets, gift certificates, flowers, nursery stock, baked goods and more! The fire company will operate a food stand and all of the proceeds will benefit the fire company. The kitchen will be open to serve food from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese On Thursday, April 21 (rain date Friday, April 22), Ephrata Mennonite School is planning a Community Roadside Cleanup Day. Approximately 380 students plus teachers and parents will work for five hours cleaning up 75 miles of roads in the Ephrata and surrounding areas. Pictured are a few students who will be participating.
