Before the new year hits, I encourage you to sit with your thoughts and really think about what you desire most for 2025. This isn’t just about setting arbitrary goals or following what you think you should do. This is about what lights you up, what ignites your passion, and what pulls you toward your purpose.
Ask yourself: What do I really want to achieve? And I mean really no filters, no limits, no self-doubt. You need to know what you're working toward, because without that vision, you’ll just be reacting to what comes your way instead of consciously creating it.
Every Action Must Have Purpose
Once you gain clarity on your vision, everything in your business becomes more intentional As the founder, you have to move into 2025 asking yourself one simple question: Will this action get me closer to my goal? It’s a powerful filter through which to view every decision, big or small. From the clients you take on, to the products you create, to the investments you make each one needs to align with where you want to go.
Being a founder means being the visionary, the decision-maker, and the driver of your business. There have been so many my life where I felt like my and values were challenged things always turned out for in all those experiences. The thing I had to learn that become one of my spiritual trust and surrender. I don't this in a way that implies take action and sit around and wait for things to happen but rather know that how ever things unfold, even with aligned action towards what I am trying to achieve, my default is now to trust and surrender to the process and know that my future self, higher self, spirit guides and the universe are also holding me, guiding me and helping me even when it doesn't appear that way on the surface.
