Every year as a school, we are proud to celebrate Qatar National Day, the “Ancestral Heritage” throughout the week as we enjoy the values of Qatar. Also known as the Founder’s Day, it is celebrated annually on December 18th to commemorate the country’s unification in 1878 and marks the day that Sheikh Jassim Bin Mohammad Bin Thani succeeded to his father’s throne as the leader of the tribes of Qatar.

Girls from all year groups were involved in making a special day and showcased their talents in a heartfelt way to really convey the love we all feel for Qatar as our home. Whether we were born here or live here as part of the expat community, we can all agree that we get excited every December18th -even more so since we have the opportunity to fully enjoy it with our girls!

We want to show our appreciation to the teachers that were in charge of putting everything together as part of the QND committee. Thank you for all of your hard work! And of course, a big praise to all the girls that performed that day which filled our hearts with pride and gratefulness to be able to live in this wonderful country.
