Voted #2 in the Top 5 Best Bike Parks in the Northwest region on MTBparks.com three years running! With spectacular singletrack trails winding through wildflower meadows and miles of technical liftserviced downhill trails, Grand Targhee Resort has established itself as the first downhill mountain bike destination in the Tetons. But this is only part of the story. With incredible trails both on Teton Pass and at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort the entire region is slowly and quietly becoming a downhill mecca. During the summer months when the rest of the West is sweltering, Grand Targhee and the Tetons might be the most extraordinary, cool temperature riding in the lower 48!

Easily accessed from downtown Jackson, Cache Creek Trailhead is a local favorite trail system used year-round for biking, hiking, walking, and skiing. It’s located on the east side of the valley, and is part of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The beginner mountain bike trail is called Putt Putt Trail, which leads riders from the trailhead back to town.
Grand Teton National Park offers over 100 miles of paved roads and multi-use pathways excellent for biking, sightseeing, and exploring the park on two wheels. There are also ten campsites at the Jenny Lake Campground that are designated for bikers and hikers only, making it a little easier to secure an otherwise highly competitive campsite.
