Nora’s Fish Creek Inn has been serving breakfast and lunch at the base of Teton Pass in Wilson, Wyoming, for nearly 40 years. Nora’s was originally founded by Nora Tygum and is now run by her daughter, Kathryn Taylor, who is still serving up the same signature hearty breakfast items like Blueberry Hotcakes, Trout & Eggs, and their infamous Huevos Rancheros. For lunch, try the Reuben or Chicken Fried Steak. Nora’s Fish Creek Inn is always a busy spot in the mornings—be sure to get there early and be prepared to wait a short while for a table to open up. Cafe Genevieve is a culinary fixture in Jackson Hole, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a historic log cabin originally constructed in the early 1900s.
