Welcome! Welcome to Set Apart Virtual Gathering 2021. We are so honored that you have joined us!! Thank you for venturing into this new experience with us. Although we much prefer to be together in person (because we love you all so much) we are very grateful and excited that we are able to meet together virtually. When our committee first discussed the idea of developing a virtual conference, I have to admit, I had some reservations. But after much prayer and discussion, we decided to move ahead. One of the biggest blessings for us, the committee, was meeting three amazing students from the University of Northwestern who really came along side us and helped us create what you will see today. Thank you Josh, Carson, and Ben for your creativity, vision, patience, and skill! May you be blessed for the tender ways you walked alongside us this year. One of the nice things about a virtual conference is that you can go at your own pace, stopping and starting as needed. We want to encourage you to take these messages at your own pace. It is our desire for this virtual conference to be a vehicle through which God will speak very personally to each and every one of you. Also, if God moves you to share what you are learning or experiencing with someone in your life, then please take the time to do that as well. The gospel is spread through the ordinary of life while sharing the miracle of God’s work in our lives with those around us. So please take the time to process whatever God brings to your heart and mind. Invite that conversation, linger with that word, and listen to what God has for you through this conference and may His Hope, Joy, and Peace be ever more present in your ordinary life on a daily basis.
