GETIN Holding is one of the largest Polish companies listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We invest in projects in the field of banking and other financial services, such as intermediation, counselling or lease. We carry out our activities in Poland and international markets. We invest in companies of a large development potential, focusing on individual customers, as well as micro and small businesses. Our major objective is to achieve big return on investments and measurable benefits for shareholders of GETIN Holding SA, since the shareholders’ value mainly comes from the strong rate of growth of income and net profit, and increasing return on equity.

We grow by establishing the Group’s strength. We focus on fast growing high-margin market sectors such as: ■ retail banking, ■ lease, ■ loan intermediation, ■ insurance intermediation. We intend to achieve growth both by the regular development of other companies coming within the Group, as well as targeted acquisitions of other entities operating in the retail financial service sector.
