STAFF ADVISORY E-PAY CARDS For the past two weeks several employees across the Group have been experiencing challenges transacting business with a few external vendors with the use of their e-pay cards. The matter was reported to JMMB/Norbrook Transaction Ltd., and they reported that there is an ongoing system issue that they are working to rectify as it relates to the functionality of the e-pay cards at the external vendors. The programmers are working to determine why the system randomly restricts some e-pay cards and not others. Please note that card usage at the internal vendors across the Group are not affected. The problem is only with external vendors. This issue is unforeseen by both Seprod and the provider. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused to users. We anticipate a speedy resolution to same. Until then, we ask that you report the specific issues experienced at the vendor, to your HR Department. This will be forwarded to the providers to aid their ongoing investigation.
