Dear Members,

Over the last few months, our Food and Beverage department has been focused on elevating the experiences we provide across Sea Palms, and I want to take a moment to share some of the highlights with you At Sago, we’ve introduced new menu offerings that balance member favorites with fresh seasonal selections, while also expanding our beverage program to feature curated cocktails and member-requested wines These updates are the direct result of the hard work of our culinary and service teams, and it has been wonderful to see so many of you enjoying these changes.

Our calendar has also been filled with Food and Beverage–driven events that showcase the energy and creativity of our department. Taco & Tequila Tuesdays, the Saturday Supper Series, and our new Bingo with Bonita are just a few examples of how our team has worked to create opportunities for members to come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and connect as a community. These gatherings are quickly becoming signature experiences, and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum.

Behind the scenes, we’ve continued to invest in our Love Sago program, which has been central to the growth of our Food and Beverage team This initiative emphasizes training, staff development, and culture building, ensuring that every server, bartender, and cook is equipped to deliver warm and attentive hospitality While you may not always see this work, it is making a powerful impact on the level of service and consistency we are able to provide every day

We are also proud to share that the Food and Beverage department has contributed to a steady rise in our ratings across major restaurant review platforms These improvements are a reflection of the progress our teams are making, the creativity and care being put into our offerings, and the loyalty of our members who continue to support us and share their experiences with others.

Looking ahead, our department is excited to continue delivering more member-focused events, fresh culinary features, and new opportunities to connect throughout the season. Whether it’s a casual meal at Sago, a festive themed dinner, or one of our new programs, our team is committed to making each experience enjoyable and memorable.

On behalf of the entire Food and Beverage team, thank you for your continued support and encouragement. It is a privilege to serve you, and we look forward to the many great meals, events, and memories still to come.

With gratitude,

FROM THE EXECUTIVE CHEF

Dear Members,

Over the past few months, our culinary team at Sea Palms has been hard at work making meaningful changes to enhance your dining experiences. At Sago, we rolled out new menus that reflect a balance of member favorites with fresh seasonal offerings. These menus were carefully crafted with your feedback in mind, and it has been rewarding to see so many of you enjoying both the comfort dishes you know and the new flavors we’ve introduced. To further elevate the experience, we’ve also expanded our beverage selections, adding curated cocktails and wines that pair beautifully with our food. A big focus for us has been strengthening our relationships with local produce and seafood vendors. By working closely with farmers, fishermen, and purveyors in our region, we’re able to bring the freshest ingredients possible to your table while also celebrating the flavors of the Golden Isles. This commitment to sourcing locally not only elevates the quality of our offerings at Sago, but also supports the community we’re proud to be part of.

We’ve also continued to build momentum with our Saturday Supper Series, which has quickly become a cornerstone of our dining calendar This series highlights cuisines from around the world, and so far we’ve taken you to Greece, St Lucia, Germany, and Oaxaca, Mexico These themed dinners allow us to step outside the everyday menu and create special evenings that highlight creativity, seasonality, and culture Behind the scenes, our team looks forward to these events because they challenge us to push boundaries, test new techniques, and share stories through food The enthusiasm and support you’ve brought to the series inspires us to continue developing it into something even more special with each new edition

Another area we are especially proud of is our brunch at Sago. It has become a favorite for many of you, and we’ve received wonderful feedback about everything from custom omelets to smoked gouda grits and biscuits with sausage gravy. As we continue to refine and grow this offering, we’d love your help in spreading the word to friends, family, and neighbors as brunch is one of the best ways to showcase the creativity and hospitality of our team, and we’re excited to welcome more guests to enjoy it with us.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been focused on the development of our culinary team. Through the “Love Sago” program, we’ve been working on consistency, communication, and culture in the kitchen, ensuring that every plate leaving our line reflects both skill and pride. These efforts aren’t always visible, but they make a lasting impact on the hospitality you experience as a member

And now, as we look toward the future, I am especially excited to share that we’ve welcomed Chef de Cuisine, Chris Wiltfang, to the Sea Palms culinary team this week Chris is a seasoned culinary veteran whose passion and creativity will add incredible depth to our offerings His leadership and talent will help us continue building on the momentum we’ve created, and I am confident you will enjoy the food he brings to the table This is an exciting new chapter for our team, and I cannot wait for you to meet Chef Chris and experience the inspiration he brings to our kitchen

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and enthusiasm. It is a privilege to cook for you and your families, and I look forward to the many meals and memories still to come.

Warmly,
