BALANCED MARKET IN EAST HONOLULU The current market statistics are pointing towards a more balanced residential real estate market in East Honolulu neighborhoods. Home prices remain relatively flat or slightly below 2018 prices, but the number of home sales are very similar if not up slightly in most neighborhoods. It is a great time to upgrade your real estate portfolio, as higher priced properties have shown a more significant decrease in price and interest rates remain near historic lows.
