Aina Haina and Kuliouou are near the top with median prices up 26% and 35% respectively. The interest rates have definitely had an effect on sales volume with the total number of SFH sales in East Honolulu down from 309 sales in 2021 to 229 in 2022. However, median days on market until sale is still relatively low at 12 days. All signs are pointing to a less frenetic, more balanced market with fewer bidding wars.
