2017 was another strong year for residential real estate in East Honolulu with some neighborhoods posting double digit percentage increases in median sales price. Hawaii Kai ( 14%), Kuliouou ( 21%), and Aina Haina ( 7%) each posted significant increases in median sales price, with Hawaii Kai coming in at an amazing $1,225,000 median price. Homes also sold fairly quickly in most East Honolulu neighborhoods, with the average days on market under 30 days.
