Thank you for choosing Seabrook Island for your upcoming vacation.
As part of our extended Seabrook family, we care deeply about providing you with a memorable and fulfilling experience. This year we have made several adjustments to improve your experience. If you have purchased an amenity card, you will have access to some of the Seabrook Island Club amenities that our community loves.
This year, we are offering several additional dining opportunities to make your time on the island as enjoyable as possible.
1. Throughout the summer, Osprey Café will be open daily from 8 am – 9 pm, offering health-conscious items such as grain bowls and sandwiches that are perfect for an easy summer lunch or dinner. You can also visit Osprey Café in the evening for a fan favorite –soft-serve ice cream!
2. At the Beach Club, Cap’n Sams’ Grill will be open daily from 12 - 6 pm with quick poolside eats. In addition, on Tuesday and Thursday, the Grill will have extended hours until 8 pm to enhance your poolside fun.
3. Another exciting option is our new Summer To-Go meals. We have curated themed menus that serve 2-4 people per order to make dinner quick and easy for your family. Prior to your stay, you can place an order to plan your vacation better. Please see the next page for more information regarding meal options, ordering, and pickup!

How to Order Your To-Go Meals
1. Review the menus and to-go schedule on the following pages (note that the order deadline is eight days prior to the pick-up dates). For example, if you'd like to pick up dinner on June 8, the deadline to order is May 31.
2. Decide which dates you would like to place an order.
3. Once your form is submitted, you will be all set to pick up your order from 4-6 pm on the Golf Veranda, which is located at the back of the Island House near the Golf Pro Shop (3772 Seabrook Island Road).
General Notices About Summer To-Go Orders
All orders must be placed one week in advance.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email khoward@seabrookisland.com and kbrown@seabrookisland.com no later than 24 hours before the pick-up date/time. To properly prepare the orders for everyone, we can't accept any last-minute cancellations or changes.

Beach Club Guidelines
Before your stay, kindly review the following details and tips that will make your stay at Seabrook Island as enjoyable as possible!
1. We have implemented the following protocols for your safety and enjoyment:
No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the Beach Club(no coolers are permitted)
Children requiring the use of swim diapers are welcome in the small family pool. If a child is seen with a swim diaper in the large pool, they will be asked to relocate to the small family pool.
Noisy or hazardous activity will not be permitted in the pool area and adjacent club beach areas at any time.

2. Everyone entering the Beach Club will be asked to pick up at least one club towel so that we know that you have a valid Amenity Card. It is not widely known, but over 300 homes on Seabrook Island are not members and do not have access to club amenities. Be sure you bring your Amenity Card to access the towel machine. Towel charges will appear on your Amenity Card statement at the end of your vacation.
Please note the following rates (towels are complimentary on Saturday):
Daily rate $5.00/Towel
Up to 3 Days $50.00 Max.
Up to 7 Days $80.00 Max.
The towels are microchipped, so please return them by closing time to avoid a $30 fee per towel.
3. We have hired an external company to monitor the pool and beach facilities for cleanliness, guest assistance, and overall safety Should you need anything, the friendly staff members are there to help with true Southern hospitality.
Golf Guest Guidelines
During your stay, we would love to welcome you to our two gorgeous golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks!
Club Members and Guests are asked to respect and adhere to the Club’s dress codes for all Club venues. Appropriate golf attire is required on the golf courses, driving range, and practice lesson areas.
Men:
Tucked shirts with collars and sleeves
Tucked mock turtleneck shirts
Slacks and golf shorts
Loose-fitting athletic warm-up/wind pants
Women:
Golf shirts (sleeveless shirts must have a collar / mock collar)
Dresses
Skirts/skorts, slacks, and golf shorts
Loose-fitting athletic warm-up/wind pants
Attire that is not permitted:
Leggings that are not accompanied by shorts or skirts
T-shirts
Bathing suits
Cut-offs
Cargo shorts or pants
Denim/jeans of any color
Tank tops and halter tops (No bare midriffs)
No tennis or workout attire
Short shorts of any kind (athletic/tennis/running)
Men are not permitted to wear hats/caps in the dining areas of the Island House.
Shoes:
Soft spike golf shoes, golf sandals, or flat-soled tennis/golf shoes are required. Hard spike golf shoes and beach flip-flops are not permitted.
If attire is not appropriate, you may purchase appropriate attire at the Pro Shop. The Pro Shop and on-course personnel (Player’s Assistance) are available to answer any questions
