Beautification Awards It’s hard to believe that we are already talking about our annual Beautification awards…but we are! For our new apartment community members, each year we accept applications for your community to be considered for a number of beautification awards that will be handed out at our November banquet. First, Second and Third Place will be awarded for these categories:
Community Beautification
q Garden q Mid/High Rise This category reflects an award for overall community appearance.
Flowers
q Garden q Mid/High Rise This category looks at both design and the landscaping’s suitability to site.
Clubhouse
q Garden q Mid/High Rise Recognizing the best in overall design, layout, furnishings and amenities.
Maintenance Shop
The shop with the best organization and attention to safety. One winner will be awarded for each category below:
Best Pool
q Garden q Mid/High Rise Recognizing the best overall swimming pool appearance.
Best Model
q Garden q Mid/High Rise This category looks at a model’s design and decoration.
Best Renovation
Overall best renovation started no earlier than January 1, 2013 – this award requires a booklet of before and after photos needed for judging. Visit www.gnaa.org or contact the GNAA office for your entry form and to pick which categories you would like for consideration. Each entry per community is a separate $75 fee or you can choose to enter all for $300. Judging typically takes place the last two weeks of June and the first two weeks of July.
