thermore, our inventory accuracy reached an astonishing 99.99%, thanks to proactive quality checks enabled by our internally developed systems. We also achieved a substantial reduction in return goods and cancelled deliveries, improving the overall customer experience and operational cost savings. Our fully automated Delivery Portal ensured efficient handling of thousands of weekly deliveries, reducing errors and streamlining the approval process. In addition, our Customer Online Portal empowered customers to make online purchases, receive prompt notifications, and effortlessly manage deliveries, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and a significant reduction in our invoicing backlog.

Our primary challenge was to streamline and enhance our supply chain processes, eliminating human errors, reducing operational costs, and improving customer satisfaction. To tackle this, we initiated several groundbreaking projects, most notably the development of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and customer-facing portals. The WMS, led by our National Logistic and Distribution Centres Manager, Daniel Ahmadi, was designed to automate key processes. It offered robust reporting tools and real-time data, significantly reducing manual intervention in delivery coordination. The implementation resulted in a reduction of our human resources previously dedicated to managing deliveries. Our commitment to accuracy achieved remarkable results. We attained 100% accuracy in both receiving and dispatching, thanks to innovative features like automatic grouping of customer invoices within the WMS. Fur-

The impact of these initiatives was profound. We eliminated inefficiencies, reduced costs, improved accuracy, and enhanced the overall customer experience.
