Grants from the Community Fund & Trustee Initiated Funds For those who wish to leave a legacy of influence that will benefit Spartanburg County for years to come, there's no better avenue than the Foundation's Community Fund. Comprised Community Fundfunds are available to the Board of Trustees of many gifts and estates, these unrestricted for discretionary grantmaking. By constantly monitoring local issues, measuring Community Graph indicators, and making numerous site visits, the Foundation's Trustees are able to award grants to local organizations to meet the ever-changing needs of the community.
