Expanding DROP & GO

We are continually looking to enhance and adapt Drop & Go to serve the needs of a growing number of SARCAN customers. Here are some initiatives we undertook last year to expand the use of SARCAN’s line skipping system even further. Promoting Drop & Go to Increase Customer Traffic We continue to promote Drop & Go as an alternative to customers who do not want to wait in line, or would prefer electronic payment, and overall usage of the system continues to grow:

+37% 16,850 Registered Drop & Go Users

+21% 35,842 Drop & Go Transactions

3%

of customer volume handled through Drop & Go

eTransfer Pilot

SARCAN also took steps to enhance our Drop & Go system with the beginning of a pilot project on offering Interac eTransfer as a payment option. This pilot launched in late 2019 and was focused solely on customers visiting our Martensville location. Early feedback from customers has been largely positive, and SARCAN hopes the pilot will lead to an eTransfer payment option becoming available to all customers province-wide if the pilot continues to be successful.

Expanded Hours In 2019, we extended the hours that customers could use Drop & Go at select SARCAN depots with a dedicated Drop & Go room. This includes the following locations: Regina - Rochdale Regina - Victoria

Thursday - until 9 pm Thursday - until 9 pm

Saskatoon - North Saskatoon - East

Friday - until 9 pm Saturday - until 6 pm

Prince Albert - Main

Thursday - until 9 pm

Martensville

Saturday - 9-5 pm

If interest in these extended hours grows year over year, extended hours may also expand to include other SARCAN depots.
