Fundal height can now only be captured once with multiple pregnancies, in order to prevent fundal heights being recorded differently for each fetus.

Removed dependency on crystal reports (replaced with Excel report)

40. MSDS Extract

MSD107 – added FGA risk at booking.

MSD202 – added FGA risk at scan.

MSD302 - added maternal antenatal administration of corticosteroids for fetal lung maturation.

MSD302 - added receiving magnesium sulphate. Various optimisations have also been made in order to speed up data extraction.
