Nachos (gluten-free, dairy-free)

Ingredients: 1 small bag of organic corn chips (must be organic, non-GMO) 1 can of organic black beans 1 cup frozen organic corn 1 chopped tomato 4 oz ground turkey or grass-fed beef Cashew Ranch Dressing (see Sanoviv recipe)

Preparation: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Spread chips in a glass baking dish. Top with meat, black beans, corn and tomatoes (mixed) Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle Cashew Ranch dressing over the top.

Variations: 1. Drizzle some fresh salsa and/or guacamole over the top. 2. May be enjoyed as a cold dish by keeping all ingredients at room temperature and omit baking.
