Colorful Cabbage Salad For Salad: 1 organic carrot, shredded 4 cups red cabbage, shredded 4 cups white cabbage, shredded ½ sweet red bell pepper, chopped ½ green bell pepper, chopped For Dressing: 3 Tablespoons organic, unrefined sunflower oil (or Usana Optomega) 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar 2 Tablespoons raw organic honey 1 teaspoon minced sweet onion 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt ¼ teaspoon celery seed ¼ teaspoon dry mustard ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. 3. Just before serving, drain salad.
