Grilled Salsa Chicken Ingredients: (1 serving)

4 oz. organic, hormone-free chicken breast Âź cup fresh salsa Mexican Vinaigrette Dressing (marinade)

Preparation: 1. Trim all visible fat and skin from the chicken breast. 2. Marinate in Mexican Vinaigrette Dressing or dressing of your choice for at least one hour (longer will impart better flavor). 3. Throw on the grill or use a stainless steel grill pan that you can use on the grill. 4. Cook until tender. 5. Remove from grill and top with fresh salsa. 6. Serve over a bed of organic baby greens.
