To Add Project Team Members Only project administrators can add project team members. If you do not have administrator rights, you will not be able to use the Share option. 1. In the toolbar, select Share. 2. Enter the email addresses of the project team members you want to invite to the project under Invite People to the Project.
3. Select Invite. The invitation to access the project will be sent to the invited team members via the email address entered.
