Chapter 3: Working with the Revizto Issue Tracker

This chapter will guide you through working with the Revizto Issue Tracker. The Revizto Issue Tracker allows you to view and edit issues. Issues in Revizto mark points in a project where a clash occurs, i.e., where two 3D objects intersect with or are too close to each other. Issues can include markups, task descriptions, and comments. Working with the Revizto Issue tracker during your project will enable you and your project team members to effectively point out, communicate, and collaborate on solving problems during every stage of the project lifecycle.

This chapter will provide instructions on how to create issues in Revizto, including how to create a new issue, create stamp issues, add issue tags, apply issue track filters, and assign issues to specific disciplines. Additionally, this chapter will cover how to monitor and resolve issues during the planning process, including how to use the issue tracker chat, edit issues, work on issues with BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) files, share issue automation, and resolve issues with markup.

Creating Issues

This topic will provide you with instructions on different aspects of creating a new issue in Revizto. Creating issues will help you effectively point out problems in your project and provide your project team members with additional information on the matter. This topic covers how:

To Create Issues

1. Move to a point in your project where there is an issue in your model. 2. Select Issue Tracker in the toolbar.

3. Select the Create Issue icon.

Revizto will automatically create a screenshot of the issue and place a blue marker on the screenshot.
