Monitoring and Resolving Issues

This topic will provide you with instructions on how to monitor and resolve issues in Revizto. This will allow you and your project team members to communicate and collaborate on issues during the project and resolve them with markups. This topic covers how:

• To use the issues tracker chat, • To edit issues, • To work on issues with BCF files, • To share issue automation, and, • To resolve issues with markup.

To Use the Issues Tracker Chat

1. In the Issue Tracker mode, select an issue.

2. Select the Chat icon.

A column will appear showing messages, changes to the issue, and changes to the issue’s parameters.

3. To send a message in the chat, enter your message into the text box below the chat history.

You can add attachments to your message by selecting the paperclip icon and attaching the according document.
