An international oil company is seeking applicants for an energy exploration programme northeast of Erbil. To support the establishment and operation of this new venture, we are seeking candidates for the following posts: Government Affairs Advisor. To provide Government Affairs support, including official translator for the Country Manager and his team in Erbil. (A degree or equivalent national or international qualification/accreditation in communications or reputation management is required.) HR & Admin Manager. To provide human resource leadership and support to the Country Manager and his team, and supervise the effective administration of the Erbil office. (A degree or equivalent national or international qualification/ accreditation in human resources management is required.) Personal Assistant (P.A.) to the Country Manager. To provide comprehensive administrative support, diary management and translation services to the Country Manger in Erbil. (A degree or equivalent national or international qualification/accreditation in human resources management is required.)

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Demonstrable, successful track record in a similar role in a fast moving international or national business or an appropriate government department
Fluent in local language and dialect, and in English as a business language (both written and spoken)
Team player, pleasant and positive, and able to seek “best for business” solutions in a flexible and constructive manner
