Welcome to another edition of DEEP CUTS, the SMART Global Newsletter, where we celebrate our wins from the past quarter.
In this newsletter, we are happy to bring you good news! SMART is expanding in many regions, specifically Scandinavia. We have received lots of orders from customers in the area, so it’s safe to say that SMART is quickly becoming the number one multi-tool accessory brand in Scandinavia. Read all about it on page 8.

Social media growth is quickly becoming important to our business. In New Zealand, we are doing an online campaign of the Wave Runner lucky draw competition, and we have reached our target. SMART NZ WAVE RUNNER COMPETITION GAINS TRACTION












DIYers and tradespeople in New Zealand are increasingly joining the frenzy caused by the Wave Runner competition! With our advertisement reaching over one million—yes, one million!—end users, the competition promises to be fierce and exciting. Participants are eager to get their hands on the ultimate prize: the coveted Yamaha VX Wave Runner. Other prizes include SMART merchandise and products, which will be given to other winners.


As the competition heats up, we are also extending our support to our partners, namely Placemakers, ITM, and Carters, by promoting our products in their stores through digital advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This not only helps them



gain visibility but also drives traffic to their websites, with some end-users even making purchases from our advertisements.

On top of that, we offer support to all of our partners in-store.

Thanks to our fast and highly visible SMART Van, we can be there in a moment’s notice! Our distributor support vehicle has proved to be one of our most-useful assets. It is full-time on the road, supporting the network, and participating in store events.
The competition, which commenced in March, is set to run until the end of April. This gives residents of New Zealand ample time to participate in the competition and stand a chance to win the grand prize!

SMART EU is proud to announce that we have expanded our capabilities and now have the ability to produce blades for private labels. This is a huge step for us, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this service to our clients.
We are currently working with European and Australian private labels. They are existing tool brands who are looking for a great opportunity to increase their range without compromising quality. We are confident that our blades will meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
In order to provide the best quality possible, we have invested in a stateof-the-art etching machine located in our European office in Maasland, Netherlands. This machine allows us to laser the logos of other brands onto our high-quality blades, which will then be sold under another name.

We take great pride in our blades, and we are pleased that other companies share the same view. Through this, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible products. We are confident that our private label blades will be a great addition to any European, Australian, or any other brand.

Over in Scandinavia, we are very pleased to report that our sales of SMART products have been increasing significantly in recent months. As a result, we have been sending out more and more of our 4x4 stands to customers in the region. We have even seen an increase in orders from customers on a weekly basis!
Furthermore, we have noticed that our blades and accessories have been particularly popular among end-users based in Scandinavia. This is a great sign for our brand,
as it demonstrates that our products are resonating with our target market. We hope to become the leading multi-tool blade and accessory brand in this part of the world.
Overall, we are thrilled to see that our brand continues to grow in the region. We believe that our dedication to quality and innovation has played a significant role in our success, and we are excited to see what the future holds for SMART in Scandinavia.
