Our exclusive collection of rental homes within the Rosemary Beach community ensures that every guest can find their perfect haven, be it a charming cottage or a luxurious beachfront estate. As your loved ones settle into their home-away-from-home, they will have access to a range of amenities and activities that set the scene for your perfect day.

Town hall
Surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Rosemary Beach, our Town Hall venue envokes a serene atmosphere that provides an elegant setting for your wedding. Natural light and large doors on the side of building offer a seamless flow between the spacious interior hall and a walled exterior courtyard edged with natural vegetation.

• Includes a courtyard to the east of the building
• Versatile space that can be flipped after the ceremony for a reception

• Reception catering tent is set up on Town Hall courtyard

• No access to balcony inside of the building

• Owner’s pavilion located north of the green creates a beautiful backdrop
• Owner’s pavilion is not included in rental fee
• This large greenspace provides flexibility for various layout options

The Beach
Truly one of the world’s most stunning beaches, the emerald waters and sugar white sands make this add-on venue a place of matchless beauty for your ceremony.
Duration of Ceremony | $1,815+
• Venue is rented in addition to a reception venue (Greens or Town Hall) in which all venue use requirements are met
• Rented for the duration of the ceremony
• Access for set up:
5:00pm Spring & Summer (March 2nd-August 31st)
4:00pm Fall & Winter (September 1st- March 1st)
• No glass permitted on the beach (As per Walton County Ordinance)
• 15ft space extending from the end of the dunes to be left clear for emergency vechicles
• One small, low amp generator may be permitted upon request
Beach BonfiRe
Welcome Party Venue
The perfect opportunity to get your toes sandy without the beach ceremony! Provide a truly warm welcome to your friends and family with a private beach bonfire before the big day.
VENUE CAPACITY- 180 | 3 hours and must conclude by 10pm |$1,815+
• Beach Use Permit ($1,650) is required for bonfires exceeding 20 guests, catering, or entertainment
• All food and equipment rentals must be done through an exclusive vendor
• The Beach Bonfire package is not included in the venue fee, and will need to be purchased through the Rosemary Beach Property Owner’s Assocation

Welcome Party Venue
The Rosemary Beach pools create an inviting atmosphere that makes them the perfect place for your guests to socialize and enjoy the celebration. The pools provide a relaxed and enjoyable backdrop, creating a memorable experience that compliments the beachside charm of Rosemary Beach. VENUE CAPACITY- 75 | 3:00pm-9:00pm |$1,452+
• Rosemary Beach has four pools: Cabana, Barbados, Coquina, and Sky
• All food and equipment rentals must be done through an exclusive vendor

When hosting your wedding in the Rosemary Beach Community, a minimum of 5 rental credits must be rented through Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company by you or your guests, with each stay overlapping your wedding day & all nightly minimums satisfied.

• Properties rented outside of the Rosemary Beach Community, such as the 30A Collection properties, do not count towards rental credits
• Any reservations booked through third party websites (VRBO,AirBnB, etc.) will not apply towards rental credits
• Reservations made for wedding planning trips prior to the wedding do not apply
• Concurrent stays in the same property will not count for duplicate credits
• 7-night minimums for properties require a Saturday to Saturday stay

Venue Price
The venue prices are noninclusive. The price is the site fee and does not include any exclusive vendors or event security.
Event Security Fee
A minimum of two-security guards, provided by RBCRC, is required for all venues. For guest counts exceeding 150, an additional guard is required for every 75 additional guests.
Exclusive Vendor Requirement
For the given, exlcusive-vendor categories, weddings in Rosemary Beach are required to use any of the listed vendors for said categories. Exceptions will not be made.
Full-Service Wedding Planning
All weddings in Rosemary Beach are required to have a full-service wedding planner from our exclusive vendor list within 45 days of reserving a venue.
Rental Credit Requirement
For every venue rental, the event group is required to book event accommodation, through Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company, that add up to 5 rental credits. A stay in Rosemary Beach, that meets all season nightly minimum requirements, is worth 0.25-1 credit depending on the property type (see previous page).
Deposit & Payment
50% of the venue fee will be due upon reserving your wedding venue. 60 days prior to the event, the remaining 50% will be due. 1-2 weeks before your wedding, the security payment will be effective once the planner submits a final guest headcount.
