Venue Price

The venue prices are non-inclusive. The price is the site fee and does not include any exlcusive vendors or event security.

Event Security Fee

A minimum of two-security gaurds, provided by RBCRC, is required for all venues. For guest counts exceeding 150, an additional gaurd is required for every 75 additional guests.

Exclusive Vendor Requirement

For the given, exlcusive-vendor, categories, weddings in Rosemary Beach are required to use any of the listed vendors for said categories. Exceptions will not be made.

Full-Service Wedding Planning

All weddings in Rosemary Beach are required to have a full-service wedding planner from our exclusive vendor list within 45 days of reserving a venue.

Rental Credit Requirement

For every venue rental, the event group is required to book event accomodations, through Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company, that add up 5 rental credits. A stay in Rosemary, that meets all season nightly minimum requirements, is worth 0.25-1 credit depending on the property type (see previous page).

Deposit & Payment

50% of the venue fee will be due upon reserving your wedding venue. 60 days prior to the event, the remaining 50% will be due. 1-2 weeks before your wedding, the security payment will be effective once the planner submits a final guest headcount.
