Guests can view the digital menu and choose any other services they want to include by clicking on a link in a pre-arrival email. The add-ons will be automatically added to their reservation.

3 QUICK STEPS TO SET UP RACCOONUPSELL:
Step 1: Create your menu.
Set up your add-ons in the My Property module under the Add-Ons tab. Unleash your creativity here! Simply provide a catchy title, a detailed description, and a photo of your product to showcase what you’re selling.
Additionally, you can specify the regular price and any discounted price.
GOOD TO KNOW:
For precise accounting and revenue insight, assign a separate ledger to each add-on in your hotel. This will result in more effective practices, even if some have the same VAT. Trust us; it’s worth the extra effort.
Step 2: Enable online check-in.
Online check-in is an important part of the guest’s pre-arrival experience, so you must enable it to use RaccoonUpsell. To set up online check-in, navigate to the Documents Module. Select the Pre-Stay Email option to personalise the messaging and include the %onlinecheckinlink% system tag.
NB: The add-ons you choose to promote with RaccoonUpsell will be shown in a menu below the guest registration form.
Step 3: Fully automated with inventory control
After completing the set-up process, the system will promote and upsell your products or services. If your stock is limited, don’t worry - RaccoonUpsell has inventory control functionality to ensure you never oversell.
